We connect homeowners and property managers with elite, independent, licensed, and insured contractors, landscape architects, and masons in the Greater Boston area. Boston Landscape is a marketing and network management entity, not a licensed general contractor.
2. Project Acceptance & Vetting
Submitting a “Project Application” or requesting a consultation through our Site does not guarantee that your project will be accepted. Our network limits the number of projects taken per season to ensure the highest quality of execution. We reserve the right to decline project inquiries that do not align with our network’s scope, availability, or minimum budget requirements.
3. Third-Party Contracts and Liability
When you are matched with a professional from the Boston Landscape network, all subsequent estimates, architectural renderings, guarantees, and construction contracts are executed directly between you (the Client) and the specific independent contractor or architectural firm assigned to your project.
- Boston Landscape is not a party to the construction contract.
- Boston Landscape assumes no liability for property damage, construction delays, structural failures, or disputes arising from the execution of the work by independent network partners.
- All warranties regarding materials and labor are provided exclusively by the assigned contractor.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and website design, is the intellectual property of Boston Landscape and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
5. Estimates and Pricing
Any budget ranges or estimated project investments listed on this Site or discussed during initial consultations are preliminary estimates based on historical data. Final pricing is determined exclusively by the assigned contractor after a comprehensive on-site evaluation and finalized architectural design.
6. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project applications. You must be the legal owner of the property (or an authorized agent) to request a consultation for structural or landscaping work.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boston Landscape, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or any services rendered by the independent contractors within our network.
